Regulation black powder targets on official weight paper.
SIGHTING IN - When making sight adjustments, always move the rear sight in the direction you want the bullet to go (i.e. if you want to shoot lower, lower the rear sight. If the bullet is hitting the target left of center, you want to move it to the right, so move the rear sight to the right.) When using non-adjustable sights, careful filing is the only way to adjust. If you are shooting high, file the rear sight lower to make the bullet hit lower on the target; if shooting low, file the front sight to raise the muzzle, thus making the bullet hit higher. Always shoot a group of 3 to 5 shots before adjusting the sights.
