from L&R. A re-creation of a lock by Pennsylvania lock and gun maker, H.E. Leman. This type of lock was known as "Kentucky" percussion and was used with a drum and nipple type ignition system. An ideal lock for many late period Ohio half-stock rifles, Tennessee rifles and southern mountain rifles.
Features a stirrup type forged mainspring and fly. Plate measures 5" long, 1" high. Cut to accept 1/2" drum & nipple. Right hand. No. 42002
