Polished, solid cast brass buckle. This wide face buckle is an exact copy of a British Cavalry harness buckle of the French & Indian War period. Used as belt and trap buckles and on shooting pouches during the early Fur Trade era. 2" x 2-3/8". Takes a 1" wide belt.
