DICKERT STOCK BLANKS
An influential gun maker of the Lancaster school, Dickert made guns for the continental Army and is credited by some authorities with giving direction to the development of the "Kentucky" rifle .
Dickert seems to have favored simple designs, but used both incised and relief carving. Overall length is 59", maximum pull 15", drop 3-1/4". Barrel channel is 42" long, lock mortice is 7" wide x 1-5/16" high, butt is 5" x 2".
Dickert Pre-Shaped Stock, 7/8" barrel channel, 3/8" ramrod groove. Right hand. Available in Grades 1, 2, 3 and 4 Curly Maple.
