An off shoot of the Pennsylvania rifles, the classic Tennessee rifle was made in the Southern Highlands by local gunsmiths from materials available nearby. Usually iron mounted, most Tennessee rifles were a study in efficiency, with all unnecessary items being omitted.

Tennessee Mountain PRE-SHAPED stock. 7/8" barrel channel and 3/8" ramrod groove. Right hand. Available in grades 1, 2, 3, and 4 Curly Maple.

Overall length, 59", maximum pull 15-1/2", drop 3-1/2", barrel channel is 42" long. Lock mortice is 6" wide x 1-7/16" high; butt is 4-1/4" x 1-1/2". Right hand only.
