Trigger Guards
As a general rule, a trigger guard with a single hook is flint style or very early percussion. Those with two hooks are a later percussion style. Guards can be bent cold to fit the stock; however, don't put all the bend in one place, and do it properly the first time as they will not take repeated bending. Trigger guards wil be sent as cast, most with casting gates on.
