from R. E. Davis. The double knife action makes this trigger ideal for a hunting rifle, but the mechanism can be adjusted for very light pull-off for use in target rifles. The triggers extend about 3/4" through the plate slightly larger than No. 53ST12 it is appropriate for Southern Mountain style muzzleloading rifles. The rear trigger is wide and comfortable to set while the front trigger has a semi-pigtail and there is plenty of room between the two for large or gloved hands. Plate is 5-5/8" long x 3/8" wide.
